By ordering from payondelivery.co.ke you agree to these terms. Pay on Delivery Kenya Ltd sells genuine branded and generic goods as-is at the listed price.

Orders & payment

• Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and shown on each product.
• Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the rider when your order arrives.
• We confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Unconfirmed or suspected fraudulent orders may be cancelled.

Delivery

We deliver across Kenya via our logistics partner and riders. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Free delivery promotions apply only where stated.

Your responsibilities

Give an accurate name, phone number and address, and be reachable for confirmation and delivery. Repeated failed deliveries may affect future orders.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered, to the extent permitted by Kenyan law. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 are not affected.
