Returns & Refund Policy
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 apply to every order. If something is wrong with your item, we will make it right.
Check on delivery
Because you pay on delivery, please inspect your item with the rider before paying. If it is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, you may decline it at no cost.
After delivery
- If an item is defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] or on WhatsApp.
- We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging where possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by M-Pesa or the original method, normally within a few business days of the returned item being received.
